How the Rebate Program works: 

When you buy or sell a property with the Preferred Realtor Team you will receive a credit of 20% of the commission earned by the Preferred Realtor Team towards your closing costs. This will reduce your closing costs.

Please contact us on your time frame to purchase or sell real estate to get you pre-approved and lock in your rebate.
